Description
Depicts Saddam Hussein sitting on a rock in a desolate desert landscape in Iraq, with a skull beside him, saying 'To be...or not to be?' . Behind him are bomb craters and smoke rising into the air. The satirical cartoon was created by Sean Leahy in response to the First Gulf War (1990-1991).
