How to eliminate the ' Wimp Factor' by George Bush

Depicts a cartoon of a rocket, with the face of United States President, George Bush, on it flying through the air.The rocket is flying up the corner of a graph that measures the President's popularity against the announcement of America going to war in the Gulf. This satirical cartoon was created by Sean Leahy in response to the First Gulf War (1990-1991). Sean Leahy became the youngest, regularly published cartoonist on an Australian daily newspaper in 1975 when he was 17 years old. He began his career as a cartoonist for the 'West Australian' newspaper and for 8 years studied graphic design and completed a press artist's cadetship at the 'West Australian' . In 1983 he moved to Queensland to draw for 'The Sun' and the 'Sunday Sun'. His work has also appeared in the 'Courier-Mail', 'The Australian', the 'Bulletin' and in several overseas cartoon exhibitions and newspapers, such as the 'LA Times'.
