A single sheet from the New Guinea 1:25 000 topographical map series (T883) covering the area west of the town of Lae in Morobe province. Shows basic town plan, main buildings and infrastructure, other populated places, roads and tracks, the Markham and Bumbu rivers, flood plains, plantations, cultivated areas and other vegetation and terrain features. Relief shown by contours and spot heights. "DEF/ARMY/5103". Includes legend and index to adjoining sheets. Produced and printed in 1974 by the Royal Australian Survey Corps under the direction of the Chief of the General Staff.
