Description
A Netherlands officer of No. 18 Squadron, Netherlands Air Force, talking on the telephone in his office at the RAAF Station (later RAAF Base Fairbairn) where the squadron was based. Fixed to the wall behind him at left is a calendar decorated with pictures of the Dutch royal family, while at right is a copy of a proclamation issued by the Dutch King, William of Nassau.
