Description

Ottawa, Canada. 1951-04-25. A group photograph of personnel who took part in an Anzac Day ceremony at the Canadian National War Memorial. Wreaths were laid by the High Commissioner for Australia, the Right Honourable F.M. Forde, PC, (second to the left of the memorial) and the High Commissioner for New Zealand, Mr T.C.A. Hislop, (first to the left of the memorial). Drawn up on the left is the Guard of Honour provided by the Red Chevron Club, an association of Canadian veterans of World War 1.
