Ypres area, Belgium, c. 1917-11. A cemetery, with the grave, marked by a wooden cross, of 1067 Corporal Michael Patrick ("Mick") Mulcahy, a despatch rider with the 2nd Divisional Signals Company, 1st AIF. Corporal Mulcahy died of wounds on 1917-10-31, although his cross gives his date of death as 1917-11-01. At rear is the cross marking the grave of Lieutenant James Mansfield Reid, MC, 1st Divisional Engineers, who died of wounds on 1917-10-31.
