Members of the RAAF Overseas Headquarters Glee Club were invited to contribute to one of the weekly programmes in the Pacific Service of the BBC. The programme was broadcast from the New Zealand Forces London Club. Among the architectural features of the Club are several Fascist emblems, recalling the days when it was the Italian Club, used as their London Headquarters by Mussolini's followers staying in England.
