Description
Original marker on the grave of NX143196 Sergeant (Sgt) Daniel Frank Rixon, 2/1 Field Regiment. A farmer prior to enlisting on 4 December 1941, he embarked from Sydney on 29 June 1942. Sgt Rixon was killed in action on 7 May 1945. He was 22 years old.
