Pages on a journey I : Pieta Baidoa
Description
Depicts silhouettes of a mother holding a child taken from an image in 'Time' magazine, which lists many countries effected by war. The layout of the images of the etchings are influenced by Michelangelo's sculptural composition, 'Pieta' of Christ lying dead in his mother's arms.
