London, England. 1943-09-11. The first official cricket match between the RAAF and the Royal Air Force (RAF) was played at Lords cricket ground. The game was won by the RAAF who scored 164 runs for eight wickets after the RAF had closed their innings at nine wickets for 105 runs.
