Nagahama, Japan. 1951-10-14. Damaged sea wall near Hiro which was washed away by turbulent seas caused by typhoon "Ruth" which struck Southern Honshu. The area was the proposed landing site for tanks and heavy tracked vehicles going to Hiro camps.
