Map 1: Panoramic sketch of the Western Front region from Contalmaison Wood to Bois de Tailles, near Morlancourt in northern France. Horizontal scale 1inch = 1 degree. Shows towns, main roads, prominent buildings, huts, old trenches, woods, and observation balloons, as at 2 July 1918. "O.P. in J17a 2749 (Sheet 62D)".

Map 2: Panoramic sketch of the Western Front region between Bouzincourt and Authuille Wood, near Albert in northern France. Horizontal scale 1inch = 1 degree. Shows towns, main roads, prominent landmarks, woods, and the British front line and Pioneer trenches.
