Framed studio portrait of 413825 Flight Sergeant Harold ‘Paul’ Clancy. Paul enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force on 13 September 1941, going on to serve in No. 216 Group (RAF), No. 4 Ferry Control Unit.
On 21 July 1943, Paul was aboard Wellington aircraft HE790 as the wireless air gunner, when the aircraft crashed near Habbaniya, Iraq. All crew members were killed in the accident. Harold was 22 years old.
