England. C. 1944-05. Airmen of the 2nd Tactical Air Force receive inoculations at a mobile sick quarters so that when they reach the other side, they can resist germs as well as Germans. Wielding the hypodermic is Flight Lieutenant V. C. Walker, an Australian medico assisted by Leading Aircraftman (LAC) J. Iredale of Huddersfield and LAC Wright of Southend-on-Sea.
