Thesis titled 'The Anzac Rotary Wing Aviation Unit-Sinai, its formation and operations' examining the rationale behind the placement of the RAAF Rotary Aviation Unit amongst the Multinational Peacekeeping and Observer Force in the Sinai in 1982, and its operational development and use. The role of the unit is also assessed against the background of developing defence policy and foreign affairs issues within Australia.
