Description
Memoirs of Will Hungerford titled "Live Cowards And Dead Heroes", containing his reminiscences of Army service with the Service Corps component of the 1st Australian Armoured Division during training, a sojourn to Western Australia and his eventual transfer to a Water Transport Unit. Manuscript contains details of daily service life with considerable anecdotal information on unit personalities and activities.
