At sea off Vietnam. Smoke pouring out of a stack of HMAS Hobart II, guided missile destroyer, indicating that the Hobart was accelerating, in this case probably after refuelling or stores transfer. Note that the Tartar Missile Launcher is in the down position for refuelling. Normal position of the Tartar Launcher is upright.
