Description
Hiroshima, Japan. 1953. The Hiroshima-Ken Shorei Kan (Prefectural Industry Promotion Building) also known as the Industrial Hall and the Chamber of Commerce, severely damaged by the dropping of the atomic bomb on 1945-08-06. The building was designed by Jan Letsel of Czechoslovakia. It was completed in 1915-04 and opened 1915-08-05. The building remains today, preserved intact as a monument.
