Near Nijmegen, Holland. C. 1945-02. Before retreating across the Rhine the Germans breached its banks, flooding large areas of land between the river and the Nijmegen-Cleve road. DUKW amphibious trucks carrying Allied supplies pass along what was the main road from Nijmegen to Cleve.
