Grieve MBC of Perth, WA; Miss Betty Mitchell of WA; Lieutenant R. Oakley of Melbourne, Vic; Squadron Leader Melville of Melbourne, Vic; Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt) and Mrs King of Fremantle, WA. Flt Lt King who received the DFC, is a repatriated POW, having baled out of his crashing Lancaster aircraft.
