Lengerich, Germany. 1945-03-13. A stick of bombs bursting across the railway yards during an attack by RAF Mitchell aircraft and Boston aircraft of the 2nd Tactical Air Force. Three hits were made off the main sidings and four on the road alongside and on the goods station sidings to the south-east of the main sidings. Another four hits were made on one of the large cement works near the railway yards.
