Description
Lee-Enfield Mk I Rifle. Receiver stamped L.S.A.Co.Ld LE I with Lee-Speed Patent 7154 under the serial number on the breech. Butt marked VDC 7154. The barrel is stamped 4'26 Lithgow 7154 on the knox form and has a fixed block rear sight made by the Lithgow Small Arms Factory. The long range volley sights have been removed.

This rifle is one of the weapons made up by the Lithgow Small Arms Factory during the early part of World War Two as an emergency issue to the Volunteer Defence Corps.
