Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 1992-11-04. Trooper Michael Moloney of Whyalla, SA, serving with the 500-strong Australian military communications contingent to the United Nations peacekeeping operation in Cambodia. UNTAC (United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia) is attempting to bring peace to Cambodia after three decades of war as well as organising free and fair elections for the people in 1993-05.
