A mass of 40 cm tank tracks in an assembly shop in the Krupp Grusonwerk A G works in the German industrial town of Magdeburg which was the target of air attacks by aircraft of RAF Bomber Command. Note the late model Sturmgeschutz IV assault gun in the background.
