About to board the houseboat Victoria are Lady Lampson, wife of British Ambassador in Egypt, an unidentified Army Officer, Sir Miles Lampson, British Ambassador in Egypt, Mr Anthony Eden, British Foreign Minister, and an unidentified RAAF Officer. Victoria, a Nile steamer, was moored near the Ghezireh Club, and made available as a popular resort for a limited number of convalescent soldiers.
