Singapore. C. 1945-08. Men of the RAF Regiment and RAF Servicing Commandos were in the first troopship to dock in Singapore after the Japanese surrender on 1945-08-15. A small crowd of natives and Allied prisoners of war was on the quay to greet the troopship when it docked in the harbour.
