Three members of the RAAF serving with No. 150 Squadron RAF reading a letter from the Prime Minister of Australia. In December 1943 the squadron was experiencing typical Italian winter weather, snow, cold, rain and one of the Australian airmen jokingly sent the Prime Minister a Christmas card saying "Merry Xmas. Wish you were here with us in Italy". The reply in typical bureaucratic style is what the three are laughing at.
