Middle East. C. 1941. "Farewell and good luck", says the Commanding Officer of No. 3 Squadron RAAF, an Australian Fighter Squadron operating with the RAF in the Middle East, as he addresses personnel of the squadron on handing over his command to another Australian Officer who, like himself, is a DFC winner. He has been transferred to a more important post. Pilots and ground staff of the Squadron listen to the farewell address of their Commanding Officer.
