Two pilots of No. 31 (Beaufighter) Squadron RAAF, holding the squadron mascots, O3110 (800) Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt) Cyril Arthur Greenwood holding the joey [young kangaroo] and 407013 Flt Lt Norman Leslie Thomas the dog. Flt Lt Thomas was killed on operations over Timor on 19 January 1943.
