A view of the Australian War Memorial as construction nears completion, taken from the corner of Elimatta Street, Reid. Workers can be seen contouring the landscape and building stairs at the front of the Memorial. Detailed finishes such as the lights flanking the front gates and carved stone mouldings on the parapet have not yet been installed.
