Description

Souvenir program for a concert held to entertain troops during the First World War. This program is for a charity concert held aboard TSS Ascanius on Saturday 9 December 1916. The concert was under the direction of the 55th Battalion and proceeds were to be donated to Pearson's Fresh Air Fund and the Seamen's Orphanage. The program features several autographs including signatures of the patrons Commander Chrimes RNT and Lieutenant-Colonel Markwell.
