Phan Rang, Vietnam. C. 1969. Members of an Australian Airfield Defence Guard (ADG) patrol take aim on suspected enemy activity while working at night beyond the base perimeter. The ADG is the defence section of No. 2 Squadron RAAF stationed at Phan Rang. The ADGs conduct patrols to detect and repel any enemy movement near the air base. (USAF photo via B.E.S. Williamson)
