Phan Rang, Vietnam. c. 1969. No. 2 Squadron RAAF Airfield Defence Guard (ADG) interpreter, Leading Aircraftman Mike Phipps, 37, from Sydney NSW, talks to a Vietnamese youth during a day sweep of the areas surrounding the air base at Phan Rang.
