Bandar Shapur, Iran. c.1941-09. The German ship Hohenfels is anchored next to HMS Kanimbla after being pumped and is now six feet lighter. Her salvage was part of an operation by Force B, in which HMS Kanimbla took part, manned by RAN personnel. (Donor W. L. G. Adams)
