A Lockheed Hudson aircraft crew of No. 2 Squadron RAAF, moving past one of the Squadron aircraft. Left to right: 416572 Sergeant (Sgt, later Flying Officer [FO]) Leon Douglas Head, Wireless Air Gunner (WAG) of Tailem Bend, SA; 406816 Sgt (later Pilot Officer [PO]) Keith Roy Shilling, WAG, Mt Hotham, SA; 414157 Sgt Roy Edgar Norris, WAG of Winton, Qld; 420065 PO (later Flight Lieutenant [Flt Lt]) Wilfred Geoffrey Sapsford, Observer of Sydney, NSW; and 411185 FO (later Flt Lt) Norman George Ralston, Captain of Sydney, NSW. Sgt Norris was accidentally killed at Millingimbi NT on 28 April 1943.
