Powell and John Norman 'Jack' Watt, also of the Pay Corps. The typed diary and subsequent handwritten entries detail a number of personal and official matters, including the functioning of the Audit Section at the camp, the death of Major Atkinson, conditions and activities in the camp, rations and details of air raids.
