The determinator
Description
A Department of Veteran's Affairs claims office. A large, scary figure holding an axe is labeled 'The Determinator'. On the wall are portraits of three Vietnam veterans with the words 'These men are sick, desperate and poor. They once carried weapons for their country in some war or another. Watch for their claim forms and take appropriate action'.
