Description
An unidentified member of the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM) inspects the Iraqi developed mustard incinerator destruction plant. The plant includes an incinerator (under the white roof), header tanks (centre) and accumulation tanks (left). UNSCOM, operating under a UN mandate, was destroying everything related to chemical warfare.
