Sulahmaniyha, Iraq. 1992-09-28. Soviet artillery fuses on the ground at an explosives storage area in north eastern Iraq which was inspected by the United Nations Special Commission (UNSCOM). UNSCOM, operating under a UN mandate, was destroying all ordnance related to chemical and conventional warfare.
