Jinja, Uganda. 1983. A member of the Commonwealth Military Training Team Unit (CMTTU) raises the firing targets at the 25 metre rifle range inside Jinja Barracks. Note the damage to the stop butt wall which was caused by Tanzanian soldiers firing RPG-7 rockets during the 1979 "liberation war".
