Near Jinja, Uganda. 1983. A group of soldiers of the Ugandan National Liberation Army (UNLA) cleaning their rifles at the UNLA training area. The CMMT helped train Ugandan army warrant officers and non-commissioned officers (NCOs) as instructors in weapon handling, fieldcraft and minor tactics.
