Near Jinja, Uganda. 1983. Major David A Wilson and a Staff Sergeant of the Commonwealth Military Training Team (CMTT) stand next to their jeep at the entrance road to the rifle range. The CMTT helped train Ugandan army warrant officers and non-commissioned officers (NCOs) as instructors in weapon handling, fieldcraft and minor tactics.
