Description
Collection relating to 11 Farrier Sergeant John William “Jack” Redhead 2nd Australian Division Headquarters. Original inscription reads: ‘18/6/16 Dear home, love to all. This is one of Col Blamey’s horses. She is a good jumper and a good hack. She was gassed pretty bad and had a hard job to save her. Will send this home with the others as I have spread them out. Some will arrive. Jack.’
