South Vietnam. The Commander of the II Corps tactical zone, Brigadier General Nguyen Huu Co (right), and Sub-Brigadier General Lu Lan (left), commander of the 22nd Division tactical area, showing the location of the Viet Cong arms cache newly discovered in Vung Ro, South Vietnam. Vietnamese government troops seized large quantities of arms, ammunition and medical supplies, mostly of Communist Chinese and Soviet origin, brought into the Republic of Vietnam from North Vietnam.
