Scale ca. 1:476,000 (english miles), sheet 1, Edward Stanford, London, and Wurster, Randegger and Cie (J. Schlumpf), Switzerland. Shows territory boundaries, farms, registration numbers of farms, roads, postal routes, railways, and custom houses. Includes large inset maps titled 'Plan of Johannesburg and Surrounding Suburbs and Townships' and 'Plan of Pretoria Suburbs and Surrounding Grounds'. Attached to reverse is a booklet printed with 'Jeppe's Map Sheet 1'.
