Description
TKhalil ul Rahman Haqqani, the brother of Jalaluddin Haqqani, the founder of the Haqqani network, a notorious Taliban ally, speaks to worshippers inside Pul-i Khishti mosque after Friday prayers, five days after the former insurgent group took control of Kabul and, with it, Afghanistan, after nearly 20 years at war with the U.S.-led international military coalition and it's Afghan government allies. The U.S. Department of the Treasury designated Khalil al Rahman Haqqani a Specially Designated Global Terrorist under Executive Order 13224 on February 9, 2011. Taken at 18:43:37
