Narrative account of captivity by the Japanese following the fall of Rabaul and imprisonment on New Britain, shipment to Japan and movement to Zentsuji POW camp. Details of camp life are recorded, including movement to Nishi-Ashibetsu work camp and eventual release in August 1945.
