Korea. 1953-06. The body of a dead Chinese soldier lies face down in the grass in front of positions of 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR), on The Hook, Hill 111. After a Chinese attack on Australian positions, it was common practice to allow Chinese work parties to come over under a white flag and recover their dead. (Donor R. Warhurst)
