Description
South Vietnam. 1967-07. A US Army M113 ACAV (Armoured Combat Attack Vehicle) with extra armour and side guns (right) followed by an M557 Armoured Command vehicle (ACV), both variants of the M113 family, carrying members of of the US 11th Armoured Cavalry Regiment (11ACR) during Operation Paddington. Note the barbed wire coils carried on the front of the forward vehicle.
