North Korea, 1950-11. Harry Gordon (left), war correspondent for the Melbourne Sun News-Pictorial newspaper, and Roy Macartney, chief correspondent, Australian Associated Press-Reuter, holding up a large Communist party flag bearing the hammer and sickle. This flag flew from the city hall of the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, until it was hauled down by these two journalists. (Donor H. Gordon)
